Gray Hanavich founded Assets Construction in 2012. Gray, originally from Newnan, Georgia, trained with several large firms throughout the Southeast after attending The University of Alabama and before opening the doors of his own firm. With hands-on experience and a philosophy of his own, Gray established Assets Construction as a prominent commercial general contracting firm, specializing in office and industrial tenant improvements, as well as adaptive reuse projects. Assets Construction represents quality, attention to detail, hard work, long term relationships and timely project completion. Gray's passion for his work, along with his collaborative style of communication with clients and subcontractors, is what makes Assets Construction the successful business it is today. Gray and his wife, Cassie, have two small children, live in the Atlanta area and are active members of the community.
