The Assets Construction team is committed to having an incident free record on all of our projects. In addition to our standard safety practices, Assets takes into account each specific project and any potential dangers associated with that jobsite.
+ Hard hats, safety vests, and steel toe boots are required at all times
+ Sanitation stations are provided on all jobsites
+ Weekly safety meetings are required and logged
+ Each jobsite is equipped with safety information, OSHA posters & first aid kits
+ Daily sign in logs are kept for your records

Each project is assigned a Project Manager and a full time onsite Superintendent.
+ Internal daily calls with onsite Superintendents each morning & afternoon
+ Internal daily schedule review meetings to insure that projects are on time and within budget
+ Internal daily progress reports
+ Submittal and RFI log management
+ Weekly OAC meetings
+ Weekly progress reports with photos

+ Pre-construction drawing page-turn meetings with Construction Managers, Architects, and tenants followed by CD page-turn meetings
+ All Superintendents submit daily progress reports and photos to the Assets Management Team
+ Principals, Project Managers & Superintendents meet onsite twice a week for a full jobsite review
+ Internal pre-punch walk meeting with the Assets team
